Event Day Itinerary & Code of Conduct
A day-by-day timeline of the CodeBot Championship 2026, followed by the rules every participant is expected to follow for a fair, safe and enjoyable competition.
Event Itinerary
Participants should be present in their arenas as per zone dispatch. Timings are indicative and may shift slightly on the day of the event — please follow announcements from the organising team and zone marshals.

| 09:00 AM – 09:45 AM | Assembly / Opening Ceremony — Welcome Address, Chief Guest Introduction, Lamp Lighting, Event Overview, Rules Briefing, Safety Briefing, Group Photograph |
| 09:45 AM – 10:00 AM | Teams dispatched to respective arenas as per event schedule |
| 10:00 AM – 01:30 PM | Events start & run in parallel (heats/rounds) |
| 01:30 PM – 02:15 PM | Lunch break (staggered by zone so arenas are never empty) |
| 02:15 PM – 03:45 PM | Semi-finals / Finals across all events, Innovation Challenge judging & presentations |
| 03:45 PM – 04:00 PM | Score consolidation, judges' final sign-off, results sent to Prize Desk, stage setup for ceremony |

Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to read, understand and strictly follow this Code of Conduct. Adherence ensures a fair, safe and enjoyable competition for every team.
1. Reporting & Registration
- All participants must report at the venue at the time specified by the organisers.
- Participants must complete registration and technical inspection before entering the competition.
- Each team must have the required number of members as specified for the respective event.
- Students must carry their school/college ID card and Aadhar Card.
2. Equipment & Technical Inspection
- Teams must bring their robot, controller, batteries, chargers and other required equipment.
- All robots must be presented for technical inspection before the event.
- A robot that does not meet the specified technical requirements may be disqualified.
- Participants are responsible for the safety and proper functioning of their robots.
- Robots must not contain any component that can intentionally damage another robot, track or competition equipment. They must not use hazardous materials or unsafe mechanisms.
3. Conduct & Sportsmanship
- Participants must maintain discipline and sportsmanship throughout the championship.
- Abusive, threatening or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.
- Any intentional damage to the venue, competition equipment, another team's robot or property will result in disqualification.
- Cheating, sabotage, intentional interference or misuse of another team's equipment may result in immediate disqualification.
4. Competition Rules
- Restart or retry opportunities will be provided only according to the rules of the respective category.
- Scoring and tie-breaking criteria will be based on the rules specified for each competition category.
- The decision of the judges will be final and binding.
